Zero Surveillance Architecture
Site Telemetry & TrackingThis website is designed as a static interface to the Permaweb. It is architected to function without harvesting user data.
The Public Ledger
D-Licence & Transparency ReportsTo protect the integrity of the D-SAFE™ Standard, specific interactions with Pond Enterprise are classified as matters of public record. Submissions falling under the D-Licence (Decentralized, Non-Commercial, Attribution) are published to a transparent, publicly shared Google Spreadsheet.
Public Record Categories:
- Law Enforcement Requests: Warrant numbers, agency names, and the nature of the request are logged to ensure accountability (unless sealed by a valid court order).
- Copyright Takedowns: DMCA/Takedown notices are published to the Chilling Effects clearinghouse and our internal ledger to prevent abuse.
- Author Submissions: Metadata regarding works submitted for D-SAFE certification (Title, Author, License Type) becomes part of the permanent public catalogue.
Transparency Goal: By making these records public, we ensure that the censorship or removal of knowledge cannot happen in the dark.
