Pond Enterprise Pty Ltd is not raising capital at this time. The library — held by the DataPond Trust — is fully operational, free to use, and not seeking equity participation.

ENTITY STRUCTURE

Three entities, one mission.

  • DataPond Trust — nonprofit. Holds the library's IP and the D-SAFE certification standard.
  • DATAPOND D-Library Pty Ltd (ACN 695 045 077) — the operational arm of the Trust. Runs the library at datapond.earth.
  • Pond Enterprise Pty Ltd (ACN 694 747 987) — the commercial arm. R&D, certification audits, future B2B services. Trades, takes risk, generates revenue.

The library is deliberately separated from commercial liability. If the commercial arm ever fails, the library is unaffected. ACNs are verifiable on the ASIC register.
